We ship fast, clearly, and without surprises — so you can spend less time waiting and more time skiing.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow your TipSox from our hands to yours.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery in 3–5 business days after shipment
  • Free shipping on orders over $XX
  • Flat-rate shipping on orders under the free shipping threshold

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries.

  • Delivery times typically range from 7–14 business days, depending on destination
  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

Shipping Delays

We do our best to deliver on time, but once your package is with the carrier, delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues can happen.

If your order seems stuck or delayed, reach out — we’ll help track it down.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address may be delayed or returned
  • We’re not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address entry

If you notice a mistake right after ordering, email us immediately and we’ll try to fix it before shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but your package didn’t arrive:

  • Check with neighbors, building staff, or your local carrier first
  • Then contact us at partrol@tipsox.com

We’ll work with you to figure out next steps.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

For pre-orders or limited-edition drops:

  • Estimated ship dates will be clearly noted on the product page
  • Orders will ship as soon as inventory is available
