Shipping policy

Shipping Policy We ship fast, clearly, and without surprises, so you can spend less time waiting and more time skiing.

Order processing. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking info.

U.S. shipping. We ship to all 50 states. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after shipment.

• Free shipping on orders over $50. 
• $5 flat rate on orders under $50. 

Holiday orders. Order early for holiday delivery. Carriers get busy in December.

International. We ship to select countries. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days. Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. May vary by country.

Delays. Weather, holidays, and carrier volume can slow things down. We'll help track down any order that's running late. Incorrect addresses. Double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, but email us quickly and we'll try to fix it before it ships. Lost or stolen packages. Contact the carrier first, then email us and we'll help. Pre-orders & limited drops. Ship dates are listed on the product page and may differ from in-stock items.
