Return & Refund Policy We want you to love your TipSox. If something's not right, here's how returns work.

30-day returns. You can return standard patch designs within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and unworn, in original condition, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase. (If your TipSox look like they've already seen après… they're probably not returnable 😉)

Holiday gift returns. TipSox bought as gifts this holiday season can be returned through January 31, 2027. 

How to start a return. Email patrol@tipsox.com with your order number. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first can't be accepted. Return address: TipSox, 5320 Dusky Grouse Pt., Colorado Springs, CO 80924 

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Email patrol@tipsox.com right away with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Non-returnable items.

• One-off custom orders (designs made just for you) are final sale.
• Gift cards. 

Exchanges. We don't do direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order for the design you want.

EU customers. You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If you haven't seen yours after 15 business days, email patrol@tipsox.com.
